Quality Of Service

NOTE: QoS is currently only available in the 5.0.3 pre-release

QoS let´s you define a QoS-level on each message that describes the nature of the message. QoS has 2 different levels in XSockets, but we describe all 3 levels (in the QoS Levels section) since we might implement the last level in the future.

Note that XSockets supports QoS for both RPC and Pub/Sub. The retain flag can also be used from RPC, but only creating a subscription will send you the retained message back. You can of course create custom functionality if you want to get retained messages via RPC.
